Activity Report

The contributions that you previously found in the Dashboard can now be found in the Activity Report. The Activity Report gives you an overview of all your activities:

• candidates
• companies
• managers
• jobs
• sendouts
• deals
• interviews
• commentaries

In addition, you can see the distribution of interviews and commentaries to get a better overview. You can use a filter to adjust the time period in which the activities are displayed.

Download button for generated frontsheets

After you have successfully generated a frontsheet, it is now possible to download it. After generating the frontsheet, you will reach the window for writing the e-mail. Click on the icon with the 3 dots behind the frontsheet on the right-hand side and then on “Download”.

If only one skill was stored in the job, an error was displayed in the Hiring Race. Therefore, no recommendations were displayed.

Create performance records as a recruiter

From now on it is possible to create performance records as a recruiter in aiTime. In this way, all candidates who, for various reasons, bill manually, can be taken into account in aiTime. What at first sounds like more effort has the effect that you have all runners with the correct data in your database. This gives you a “single point of truth” with which you can optimize or automate your commissioning in the future.
