Delete deal

From now on it is possible to delete deals in aiFind. To do so, open the deal in aiFind and click on the icon in the blue bar on the top right to delete the deal. Important info: If there is a deal in aiTime, it will be deleted as well. Deal extensions (Freelance) are not affected and must be deleted separately.

New fields for PERM Deals

To help you keep better track of your reporting for permanent hires, we have added new fields for permanent deals:

• Additional deal terms: Are there any additional terms? Now you have room for them.
• Salary: Enter the salary you paid to the candidate and …
• Gross profit: … bang. The turnover will be calculated automatically.

Above all, you don’t have to give up any flexibility and you have the option to adjust the gross profit. This function is the basis for a new upcoming report for deals. Be curious.

File names of CV’s

We have added a check to the CV parser to filter out special characters. These were causing errors in the file name.

Bugfixes

We have fixed a bug in the Activity Report as well as in the Hiring race (Interviews), which in both cases falsified the display.
