AI-assisted job description:

aiFind can now automatically write job descriptions for you using ChatGPT. We take into account the following fields to create the job description: job title, skills, employment type, city and country code. This saves you valuable time when creating job ads and ensures that your descriptions are optimised. Bear in mind that we have chosen to generate in English in the very first step. We are already working on customising the jobs, including in German, if you wish.

Extended “Deals” reporting:

Our “Deals” report now also shows the “Job Title”. Get an even more comprehensive overview of your business activities.

Redesign of the “Hiring Race”:

We’ve added the ability to set a “sales” status for managers. This feature allows managers to efficiently manage and track the status of their sales activities.

Scheduling interviews:

When scheduling interviews, the end time is set to 1 hour after the start time by default. This facilitates scheduling and ensures better coordination of interviews.
