This release does not bring any relevant changes if you do NOT use the Invoice address in aiFind.

invoice address adjustment

From now on, aiTime will only fetch the invoice address from the deal in aiFind and not from the company’s master data. This is to ensure that the address is up-to-date and correct for transfer to Lexoffice. We have decided to create a separate release for this function, as it affects aiTime and aiFind equally and is technically more complex.

Impact on aiFind

In aiFind it will no longer be possible to create an “Invoice address” within the company. This was not used in other areas and was only used for documentation.

• PERM: If you have used the Invoice address, you can use the “Other address” instead. This is also displayed in the deal and can be used.
• Contract / Temp: The Invoice address can now be selected here via a lookup.
