Invite clients and candidates to aiTime

We have now implemented the first step that will give you a better overview of the deals that are not yet processed through aiTime. For this we have added a new section “Import Deal” in the top left menu. There you will have a complete overview of all deals that are not yet processed through aiTime. The following deals are displayed:

• Deal has not yet been imported into aiTime
• No candidate has been invited yet
• No approvers have been invited yet

Additionally, you can always view the deal in aiFind (click order number) and aiTime (click imported column).

Known Issue: The start date has a time offset of one day. This means that the starters are displayed one day earlier than normal. However, this has no functional impact on the system. A bugfix will follow with one of the next releases.

The dashboard has transformed into the “Balance” tab

The dashboard has given way because the interest always went towards the “Open” tab. That’s why this tab is opened by default. In the Balance tab you can see all running contracts (runners) as well as the invoice difference. If there is a difference (incoming invoice or outgoing invoice is missing), the deal will be listed directly in the table.

Invoice status translation

The status of invoices in aiTime is now displayed in German and no longer in English, provided that the German language has been selected.
