Background information

  • In order to create a frontsheet, it is mandatory that the candidate’s CV is defined as a “Frontsheet”.
  • A candidate profile (frontsheet) always consists of the individualized cover sheet and the CV that you see in the preview.
  • The hyperlink of the frontsheet is only activated after the email has been sent and cannot be accessed in advance in the system.
  • A generated link is available for 31 days for data protection reasons. After that, it is automatically deactivated and the customer must request the frontsheet again if necessary.

Tips & Tricks

  • Use placeholders when composing your email. By default, aiFind suggests a gender-specific formal salutation ({@select key=recipient.sex} {@none}Good day {recipient.firstname} {recipient.lastname}, {/none} {@eq value=“M”}Good day Mr {recipient.lastname},{/eq} {@eq value=“F”}Good day Ms {recipient.lastname},{/eq} {/select}). You can also customize them to your liking. For example, you can make it neutral and informal (Good day {recipient.firstname}).
