Dashboard Updates, New Icons, and Improved Text Processing (v.0.109.0)

Revised “Open Jobs” Metric

Based on your feedback, we have adjusted the “Open Jobs” metric in the new dashboard. From now on, all open jobs of the user are counted, not only those created this month.

New Icons for the User Interface

We are introducing new icons that better match the user interface update from a few months ago, enhancing the visual experience.

User Group Management for Administrators

Administrators now have the option to modify user groups (permissions) under Settings > Users to provide more flexibility in user management.

Text Copying Optimization

When copying and pasting text (e.g., from PDFs), invisible control characters can sometimes be added to aiFind, which may affect the XML standard and cause errors in document creation (e.g., in cover sheets, contracts, etc.). We now display these characters upon pasting so they no longer interfere with document creation.

Change in Shortlist Member Tables

The “Last Contact” date is now displayed instead of “Employment” for candidates and managers in the shortlist member tables.
