Entry point

  • Login via the web address (URL) sent to you by your provider.

Step by step: The interface

  • After logging in, you will get to the dashboard.
  • If you click on the button at the top, you can create a new track record.
  • In the “My track records” section, you have an overview of all your open track records.
  • As soon as you can interact with a track record, a button will appear on the right side.
  • Below the evidence of achievement you can click on a link to get an overview of all the evidence of achievement or processes that have already been completed. You can also download the corresponding documents at any time.

Step by step: Create proof of service

  • Click on the “Create” button in the dashboard.
  • Assign a name to your performance record so that you can better assign it in the course of your work.
  • Now select the job for which you want to prove your performance and click on “Next”.
  • Use the buttons to select a period directly or “User defined” to select your own period.
  • After the selection you can book your service accordingly.
  • Click on “Next” to upload your proof of performance in the next step.
  • Optionally you can check the checkbox “Already signed” after uploading. Check this box only if your client has already signed the proof of service.
  • In the last step, you can view the summary of your service entry and save or submit it as a draft.
  • After submitting, your service record opens, in which you can review the history and the master data you have entered at any time.
  • If you have discovered an error or want to withdraw your performance record, click on the “Cancel” button on the right-hand side.

Step by step: Create A/R Invoice

  • In the dashboard, click on the “Create outgoing invoice” button in the “My proof of services” section, provided that your proof of services has already been approved.

  • You can now assign your invoice number and check your proof of service in the following step.

  • After clicking on “Next” you can define the desired payment term by pressing a button.

  • Please fill in the additional information and enter your bank details in the payment information section.

    Info: The additional information will be used for every future invoice and can be adjusted if necessary.

  • In the last step you can check your entries again and submit your invoice.

  • Your invoice will automatically be forwarded to your provider, while the proof of service will automatically be moved to your archive.

Background information

  • If you bill using the reverse charge method, add a corresponding note in the “Additional information” section of the invoice.
