Get rid of your shortlists
Description
Never lose the overview. Always keep track with your short lists and saved searches.
Entry point
- Click on the menu at the top left, select “Shortlists” in the Main area.
- In the search, click on the icon (plus) below the full-text search if you have selected more than one record.
Step by step
Create shortlists

Select “Shortlists”. A window with the title “Lists” will then open.

Select an existing shortlist and click on “Save” or

enter a meaningful name in the lower area, click on the icon (plus) and then on the “Save” button.

After saving, you can jump directly to the shortlist using the shortcut in the middle at the bottom. Manage shortlists

Select a list in the shortlist overview to view the records of this list.

You can use the text filter at the top to filter your list by specific terms.

You also have the option to click on the columns and sort your list by them.

If you have selected one or more records, you can remove them from the list by clicking on the icon (dots) in the table header (light blue).

At the top right of the tile you can interact with the entire shortlist by clicking the icon (dots):
- Create a mail camapgne based on your shortlist.
- Import records from another shortlist
- Export records to another shortlist
- Edit the name of the shortlist
- Delete your shortlist
Tips & tricks
- When you open a record from a shortlist, you will see a navigation element at the top center. Use it to jump through all records. Ideal for phone lists. You always have all information at hand and can jump back to the list at any time.
- Please note that the maximum size of the shortlist depends on the attachments of your candidates, contacts, etc. The limit is about 450 MB
