Creation date when candidates are assigned to jobs

If you want to add candidates to a job from the search, the creation date of the job is now displayed in an additional column.

Speech 2 Text with Start and Stop function

The popular Speech 2 Text function for conact commentaries now has a start and stop function. This allows you to take more time when speaking your notes.

Owner for deals

We have now added an owner field to the deal, similar to the jobs field. This allows you to better assign deals, especially if one of your colleagues has set up the deal for you.

Emails with BCC

You now have the option to include recipients in the “blind copy” when sending emails.

Framework contracts

If you upload a framework contract with the same file name, the system will inform you that you are overwriting the old data.

Deal Salary rates

Concerns only Freelance / Temp: We have translated the category of salaries into German. Since we have mostly German customers, this step seemed to make sense to us, so that the invoice items on the outgoing invoices are completely in German.

Main search “CV mode

When searching for candidates, you no longer need to select the “Candidates” type to display the CV instead of the card. This is now possible at any time by clicking on the icon (dots) on the right side of the candidate.

Chrome extension

When importing candidates and managers, the city is now imported without the state/province. This way the geo data is retrieved even better and presented on the map in the search.

INFO: Since recently it is possible to use the Chrome extension also in the Edge browser!

Mail Editor

We have optimized the Mail Editor in a few places so that you can now format and send emails better. Our goal is to make email writing in aiFind even easier.
