Learn how to manage candidates in aiFind and what options the user interface offers you.
Entry point
Almost everywhere in aiFind you can click on the name of the candidate to open it.
Step by step
At the individual tiles you will usually find an icon (pencil) at the top right, with which you can edit and update the corresponding area.
Your changes will be saved as soon as you click on the “Save” button at the bottom right.
Before you save, you can delete records by clicking again on the icon (dots) in the upper right corner and selecting “Delete”. Keep in mind that you can only delete records with the appropriate permission. If you don’t have it, contact your supervisor.
In the same menu where you delete the record, you can also easily send a report to your candidate. Note that the report is sent to the candidate automatically after the click.
Background information
Click on the social media icons in the “Personal information” to search for the candidate on the respective platforms.
