Manage managers
Description
Learn how to manage managers in aiFind and what options the user interface offers you.
Entry point
- Almost everywhere in aiFind you can click on the name of the manager to open it.
Step by step: Edit, delete and send report
- At the top right of the individual tiles you will usually find an icon (pencil) with which you can edit and update the corresponding area.
- Your changes will be saved as soon as you click on the “Save” button at the bottom right.
- Before you save, you can delete records by clicking again on the icon (dots) in the upper right corner and selecting “Delete”. Keep in mind that you can only delete records if you have the appropriate permission. If you don’t have it, contact your supervisor.
- In the same menu where you delete the record, you can also conveniently send a report to the manager in accordance with the privacy policy. Note that the report will be sent to the manager automatically after the click.
- In the “Statistics” you can create a job by clicking on the green icon (Plus, Create new job). Change of the Company
Step by step: Manager left company
- At the bottom of the manager’s page you have the option to select a different company for your manager.
- To do this, click on the icon (pencil) in the upper right corner of the “Company” tile.
- Then click on the icon (dots) to the right of the company and select “Left company”.
- Now you can assign a new company with the lookup.
- Don’t forget to open the manager’s open jobs and assign them to the successor.
Background information
- Click on the social media icons in the “Personal information” to search for the manager on the respective platforms.
- In the “Statistics” you get an overview of all jobs, interviews and deals.
