Manage the hiring process in our hiring race

Description

Stay on top of things with the Hiring race from aiFind.

Entry point

  • Within a job in the “Hiring race” area, click on the icon (plus) in the top right-hand corner and use the automatic candidate suggestions or click on the “Search” button.
  • In the search, mark the candidates you want to add to a job and click on the icon (Plus) below the full text search, select “Open Job” and assign them to this job.

Step by step

  • The Hiring race organizes your application process into the following steps, which you go through step by step.
  • In the “Phone screening” you can pre-qualify your candidates. Click on the first candidate. Now you have the possibility to call the candidate, you have all the necessary information and you can also click through all the candidates in the phone screening by using the navigation element that appears in the top center. After the phone screening you can move the candidates to the next stage (Promote), exclude them from the process (Disqualify) or move them back to the previous stage (Revert) using the icon (points) on the right.
  • After qualifying the candidates, you can introduce them to your client by sending the profiles by mail. To do this, click on the “Select for sendouts” button.
  • When there is feedback on which candidates to present for an interview, you can move them to the next stage.
  • When it comes to face-to-face interviews, interviews can be created by clicking on the candidate’s icon (dots) and selecting “Schedule interview”. In many cases there will be several interviews. For this purpose, you can use the “Type” within the interview creation. You can also use and create templates to send the invitations faster.
  • After the interviews are over, you can move the candidates to the next stage, the offer and negotiation stage, as usual.
  • Once the client and candidate agree, the “deal” can be created. Click on the corresponding button.
  • Now fill in the mandatory fields in particular, select a framework contract or framework agreement and create the deal.
  • Now you have created your deal and can download any contract documents or similar.

Background information

  • Keep in mind that sent profiles (sendouts) are not recorded reporting when you move your candidates to the next stage without sending profiles.
  • Based on the information in your job, aiFind automatically searches for and suggests suitable candidates in the database. From a list you can choose whether you want to add candidates or prefer to use the search yourself.
  • After you have created a deal, the job is automatically closed and, if activated, disappears from the website as well as from the job boards.

Tips & Tricks

  • When you create profiles in aiFind, you can also send them to yourself. This way you can track progress and your client won’t get an email about it. This is especially handy if you work in external systems and want to document your progress in aiFind for your personal evaluation.
  • If your client takes care of the interview invitations, you can also simply address an interview to yourself. This way you can still track the progress in aiFind.
