Tracking the reading rate in the hiring race
- Email open rates: From now on you can see in the CV sendout of the Hiring Race whether your recipients have opened the email. Previously only clicks were tracked, this new function offers you valuable insights into the effectiveness of your email communication.
Redesign
- Navigation: We have redesigned the navigation by moving more menu items to the main menu to reduce the number of submenus. This is the first step towards a completely new navigation, which we will introduce in the coming updates.
- Animation: A small animation has been added that appears when a new deal is created to improve the user experience.
Interviews via Teams and Google Meets
- Increased security: Interview participants will receive their invitation as usual. What is new is that the customer no longer sees the candidate’s e-mail address and vice versa. This ensures greater security and data protection.
New design for email campaigns
- Design improvements: We are constantly working on improving the design and usability of our email campaigns. Stay tuned for the upcoming updates.
Email integration
- Attachments visible: Attachments are now visible directly within the email integration, making it easier to handle and manage your emails.
Frontsheet placeholder
- New placeholders: The previous placeholder {{Recruiter}} has been split into {{RecruiterName}}, {{RecruiterPhone}} and {{RecruiterEmail}} to give you more flexibility in the design of your frontsheets.
- Customization necessary: Please note that you will have to adapt your frontsheets accordingly, as the regular placeholder {{Recruiter}} is in “deprecated” status and will be removed in the medium term.
We have implemented further technical measures to improve the accessibility of your emails while taking data protection into account.
