Opt-in improvements, profile adjustments & more (0.89.0)

The opt-in menu for candidates and managers has been completely overhauled to create more transparency and help you comply with EU GDPR guidelines. Now you can send the opt-in email for the double opt-in process with just one click.

New “Remove all skills” function for candidates:

A handy new feature that allows you to remove all of a candidate’s skills at once. This makes it easier to update profiles and saves time.

Improved reports:

The design of the reports has been revised to ensure improved navigation and comprehensibility. The new reports are now categorized in clear groups, making your work easier.

Code view for email signatures:

The “code view” for your email signature is now activated. This enables more precise customization according to your needs, directly in the settings.

Export of job tags in the XML feed:

Job tags are now also exported in the XML feed for jobs, making it easier to filter and aggregate jobs.

Change in the deal report:

The deal report now shows net sales (NET) instead of gross sales to make the reporting information clearer.

Tracking of deleted data records:

You can now see which user has deleted a record (candidate, company or manager), which promotes transparency and tracking of changes.
