Double opt-in procedure for new candidates and managers
In accordance with Art. 7 and Art. 8 GDPR, you are obliged to inform your candidates and managers about the registration for advertising purposes. They must explicitly consent to this. Whenever you want to create new candidates or managers in aiFind or with the browser extension, you have the option to act in compliance with data protection regulations. For example, you have the option of automatically sending a welcome email with a confirmation link after creating a candidate or manager. Your counterpart can confirm this link after the previous conversation and thus opt-in to receive future offers from you. You also have the option of first saving the data record and then writing to them individually to obtain their opt-in. In the history of the corresponding data record, you can see at any time at which point in time which person opted in.

In order to be able to send you relevant offers in the future, we ask you to confirm your e-mail address via the attached link.

How can you unsubscribe from our offers?
You will find a link under the signature of your sample consultant (m/f/d) for each offer sent, allowing you to unsubscribe from all offers with just one click. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us personally.

Opt-out
The counterpart to the double opt-in procedure is the opt-out. If a candidate or customer no longer wishes to receive advertising from you, they have the option of clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in a mail campaign at any time to remove themselves from the mailing list. You can also opt out manually in each data record if you are asked to do so. Information: For example, a mail campaign automatically filters out business partners who are not opt-in and you cannot send a mail campaign that does not have the aforementioned “Unsubscribe” link.
Delete or anonymize
In accordance with Art. 17 EU GDPR, you have the right to delete a candidate or manager in aiFind at any time. To do this, go to the corresponding data record and click on the pencil icon in the “Personal information” to edit. A selection menu will now appear in the same place, which you can use to delete the data record.
Important information: If the customer requests a confirmation, a report or further information, please bear in mind that these will no longer be available after the deletion process. The relevant information should be provided to the customer in advance and the deletion confirmed.
Provision of a report on a data record
In accordance with Art. 15 EU GDPR, every candidate or customer may request information about their data in aiFind. To do this, go to the corresponding data record and click on the pencil icon in the “Personal information” to edit. A selection menu will now appear in the same place, which you can use to send a report directly. (The report is sent immediately, no further query appears)
The report is provided in readable form (in a .json format). It does not contain any information about your company’s intellectual property. This includes, for example, contact commentaries and other meta information that you have added yourself.
