Runnerboard

In reporting we have added a runnerboard, with which you can now view and export (administrators only) your freelance deals per user. This gives you a better overview of your output. Keep in mind that the deals are filtered by creation date.

Bugfixes

We have fixed several bugs. Among other things, in the Job Description editor, the toolbar was not displayed in some cases. We have also fixed a bug where the confirmation link was displayed as “Already clicked” after creating a customer.

Travel expenses

Now it is very easy for your candidates to record expenses. It is possible to select new types “Km” and “Flat rate” when defining the rates. This way you can record travel expenses and accommodation lump sums. You can thus decide whether to grant a flat rate of, for example, 100€ per night or to allow the candidate to record the full costs by setting the flat rate to 1.00€.

Payment terms are pre-populated

In Freelance aiFind Deals, payment terms for candidates are now automatically pre-filled to simplify the import to aiTime and streamline the process.
