Saved Searches

Use saved searches to save complex searches and use them with system.

Click on the menu in the upper left corner, select “Saved Searches” in the Main section.
Click on the icon (cogwheel) below the full text search in the search.

Filter your database according to your needs and click on the icon (cogwheel) below the full-text search.
Click on “Save Search” to save your search and assign a descriptive name.
After saving, you can jump directly to the saved search by using the shortcut at the bottom center.
In the overview of saved searches you can click on the name of your search to apply it immediately.
You also have the possibility to click on the icon (avatar) in the upper right corner to display and use the saved searches of your colleagues.
