Improved Email Compatibility
We have significantly improved the compatibility between the editor and various email clients. Since it’s often a challenge to work consistently with the many different email clients, this is a big step forward. Try it out and share your feedback with us!
Additionally, we have optimized email template uploads: Now, your templates are automatically checked, and we’ll immediately notify you if there are any issues.
New Filters and Enhanced Search Features
“Last Contact” Filter: You can now filter by the last contact with candidates, making it easier to quickly find relevant conversations and connections.
Social Media Search in Hiring Race: You can now search for candidates on social networks directly within the Hiring Race – all in one place.
Shortlist Optimizations
More Candidates on the Shortlist: When clients or candidates are added to a shortlist, we now show the last 10 entries instead of the last 5, giving you a better overview.
New Search Logic: We have removed prefix search, allowing you to find shortlists that all begin with the same prefix. This makes the search more precise.
Job Statistics Report Improvements
Multi-Selection for Priorities: You can now select multiple priorities simultaneously, keeping all key tasks in view.
Candidates in “Pending” Status: We now only count candidates who are still in the ongoing process.
Disqualified Candidates in a Separate Column: Disqualified candidates are now displayed in their own column, greatly improving clarity.
Calendar Function: Transparency in Interviews
We now make it visible that interviews scheduled via Google or Microsoft Calendar cannot be edited. This ensures clear communication and avoids misunderstandings.
