Advanced contact management

Improved overview with lastContactAt
Keep track of your interactions with our new advanced contact management feature. The new lastContactAt field shows you when a candidate or manager was last contacted by email or via a contact comment. This is particularly useful for optimizing your communication strategy.

 You can use the search string lastContactAt:[now-3M TO now-1M] to display all records that have been contacted in the last 30 to 90 days. This feature is currently in alpha phase and we are looking forward to your feedback to further improve it.

Improved email integration

Inbox account status
You can now check the status of your connected inbox account. If necessary, you can also easily remove your connected account.

New placeholder for personalized emails
To make your email communication even more personalized, we have introduced the new placeholder {{recipient.namePrefix}}. This allows you to include the “Name” field in the salutation of emails and campaigns and personalize your messages.

To enable you to search more efficiently and quickly, we have changed the order of the most important search filters based on their use. So you can find what you’re looking for even faster.

Performance improvements

Optimized loading of forms
Parts of the candidate/manager forms are now only loaded when they are in the viewport. This reduces the number of queries to our servers and significantly improves the performance of the platform.
